KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Western Michigan women's tennis opened day one of the Bronco Super Challenge with a 3-3 record in singles play while doubles partners freshman Jeryn Jack and junior Melina Lyubomirova picked up a victory in their first match of the season together.

Friday's schedule consisted of two rounds of doubles with a round of singles indoors at the West Hills Athletic Club. Lyubomirova picked up a doubles win, improving her overall record to 4-4 this season while junior Denise Azcui leads the Broncos in singles, holding an overall record of 3-2 after winning her lone match this afternoon.
