For the first time since Dec. 9, the Western Michigan hockey team returns to Lawson Ice Arena to host Colorado College on Friday and Saturday. Friday's game has been moved to 6:30 p.m. to accommodate the national broadcast by CBS Sports Network. Saturday's game is at the normal 7 p.m. time.
LAST WEEK
WMU earned a hard-fought split at No. 2 St. Cloud State last weekend, taking the opening game 7-5 and losing on Saturday, 4-3.
In Friday's win Hugh McGing gave WMU a very early 1-0 lead on a breakaway goal.
