KALAMAZOO, Mich.- Western Michigan senior men's soccer player Brandon Bye was named to the TopDrawerSoccer National Team of the Week. It is the second time this season Bye has garnered the recognition. Five other Broncos have also earned the honor this year.
Bye scored the game-winning goal in the 65th minute lifting Western Michigan to a 1-0 victory over Bowling Green this past Saturday. With the win, WMU finished the regular season with a 15-2-1 overall record, going 5-0-0 in Mid-American Conference play. The Broncos clinched the MAC regular season title outright, its first ever in school history.
