KALAMAZOO, Mich. – Western Michigan baseball will head to Valparaiso on Wednesday, April 5 for a midweek game against the Crusaders with first pitch scheduled for 4 p.m., depending on weather.

The Broncos enter at 13-11 overall and 3-3 in the Mid-American Conference (MAC) after a weekend series at Toledo where the Rockets took two of three, with both Toledo wins coming in one run games. In WMU's last midweek game, they knocked off B1G Michigan State 3-2 on the road. Valpo is currently 9-16 overall and 1-5 in the Horizon League, but does travel to Illinois State on Tuesday before hosting the Broncos.
