KALAMAZOO, MI – Fall practices begin Thursday for the Western Michigan University football team, and from there, it’s only one month until the Broncos face USC and Heisman-contending quarterback Sam Darnold in the season opener.
Given the team’s departures on the roster and on the coaching staff, the four weeks leading up to Week 1 in Los Angeles will be pivotal to keeping last season’s momentum rolling into 2017.
