Western Kentucky junior women's tennis player Andreanna Christopoulou was named to the All-Conference USA Singles Second Team, the league announced Friday.
Christopoulou finished the season with an 11-3 record in the spring including a 7-1 record at the No. 1 spot. She started the season with a No. 114 ranking by the Intercollegiate Tennis Association, and at one point this season had an eight-match winning streak.
The Athens, Greece, native also was named to the C-USA All-Academic team for her work in the classroom. She has a 4.0 grade-point average while double majoring in criminology and economics.
