Western Kentucky senior Taywan Taylor was named Monday morning as a semifinalist for the 2016 Biletnikoff Award. It’s the second consecutive season the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation, Inc. included Taylor among the final 10 to be considered for the outstanding receiver in college football.
