BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – Following a Brittany Vaughn sacrifice fly walk-off victory to open Friday’s doubleheader with Charlotte, the Hilltoppers kept the bats hot in game two for a 12-5 win that was never in doubt to sweep the day. Sophomore Rebekah Engelhardt led the Hilltoppers across both games with a 3-for-6 outing, including her third home run of the season and career. As a team, the Red and White hit .300 on the day with 15 runs on 15 hits while turning a pair of double plays defensively.
