Western Kentucky commit Jeremy Darvin couldn't escape questions about the job speculation surrounding Jeff Brohm during the 2015 season.
"Everybody knew it," said Darvin, a three-star defensive tackle from Father Ryan High School in Nashville. "I had a few family friends who weren't even into football, and they were asking me, 'Is the coach leaving?' All I could say was, 'I have no idea. It's up to him.' "
Darvin wasn't the only Hilltopper prospect wondering whether or not Brohm was headed for a new destination.
But like WKU's other 21 recruits who've given a verbal commitment to the program, Darvin breathed a sigh of relief when Brohm began making public commitments to the university toward the end of the season.
