During his senior season, Cain – a two-way star – helped Caldwell County to a 10-3 record. He snagged three interceptions on defense, as well as two fumble recoveries for 102 total yards. He tallied 25 tackles (17 solo).
Cain also rushed for 14 touchdowns and caught six more on offense. He tallied 38 receptions for 547 yards, along with 69 rushes for 369 yards.
He was also 5 of 7 passing for 26 yards and added a 70-yard punt return for a score.
