BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - WKU is set to open its 2016 regular season home slate with a pair of matches at the WKU Soccer Complex this weekend, taking on Austin Peay at 6 p.m. on Friday evening before hosting Georgia State in a 1 p.m. matchup on Sunday.
The Lady Toppers enter the match with a 1-2-0 overall record and have been off since falling 3-2 in double overtime at Miami (Ohio) last Friday afternoon. Senior Iris Dunn tallied a pair of first-half goals for WKU, but the Lady Toppers could not hold off a late rally by the Redhawks.
