BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - WKU is set to open its 2016 season with a pair of exhibition matches against Northern Kentucky and Xavier this weekend, facing the Norse on Friday at 6:00 p.m. at the WKU Soccer Complex before heading north to play Xavier on Sunday at 5:30 p.m.
Admission for Friday's match against NKU is free at the WKU Soccer Complex for all Lady Topper fans.
WKU is facing the Norse and the Musketeers in exhibition action for the second consecutive year. In 2015, the Lady Toppers dropped a 2-0 decision against Xavier in Bowling Green before drawing 1-1 at NKU.
