BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - WKU used a big fourth quarter and 27 points from C-USA Player of the Year Kendall Noble to overcome Dayton, 89-72, in the opening round of the WNIT on Thursday evening inside E.A. Diddle Arena.
With the win, the Lady Toppers advance to the second round and are set to face UT-Martin inside Diddle Arena on Monday at 7:00 p.m. (CT).
On her way to 27 points, Noble tallied the fourth-most free throws in a single game in program history, knocking down 17 of her 18 attempts from the charity stripe.
