BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - Kendall Noble scored a career-high 31 points, including the 1,000th of her career, as WKU claimed its 11th consecutive victory with a 65-53 decision against North Texas inside E.A. Diddle Arena on Saturday afternoon.
Noble became the 36th member of WKU's 1,000-point club with a floater in the lane at the 9:30 mark in the fourth quarter. The Hazard, Ky., native finished 9-of-20 from the floor, 9-of-11 from the free throw line and pulled down eight rebounds against the Mean Green.
Tashia Brown tallied her 12th straight double-digit game with 18 points for the Lady Toppers (14-2, 5-0 C-USA), and Ivy Brown notched 10 rebounds, her 10th double-digit effort in the category this season.
