BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - WKU is set to open the new year on Sunday afternoon at 2 p.m. against FIU in a game that will also close the opening weekend of C-USA play for both sides.
The Lady Toppers downed Florida Atlantic, 76-55, in their C-USA opener on Friday evening. Kendall Noble and Kyvin Goodin-Rogers had 13 points apiece and Ivy Brown hauled in a game-high 14 rebounds for WKU. The lead grew to as many as 25 points and WKU never led by fewer than 18 points in the second half.
