BOWLING GREEN, Ky. - WKU overcame its second double-digit deficit in as many weeks after trailing by 11 points early and defeated UAB, 64-55, inside E.A. Diddle Arena on Saturday afternoon in the regular season home finale for the Lady Toppers.
WKU (22-5, 13-3 C-USA) trailed 17-6 after the first six minutes, but held the Blazers to just seven second-quarter points to rally for the halftime lead. The Lady Toppers did not relinquish their lead at any point in the second half.
Kendall Noble once again approached triple-double territory with 11 points, 11 assists and seven rebounds for WKU, while Tashia Brown (12) and Ivy Brown (11) also joined the redshirt junior in double figures.
