JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The WKU track and field trio of Maor Seged, Kyree King and Julius Morris advanced to the quarterfinals of their respective events on the first day of the 2016 NCAA East Preliminaries Thursday.
Seged qualified for the 400 meter hurdle quarterfinals after finishing 22nd with a time of 52.04 seconds in the preliminary round Thursday. Both King and Morris advanced to the quarters in the 100 meter dash as King placed ninth after a season-best time of 10.40 seconds while Morris finished 16th with a time of 10.
