JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The Hilltopper trio of Tomas Guerra, Kyree King and Maor Seged all qualified for a spot in the 2016 NCAA Championships in Eugene, Oregon, after big efforts on the second day of the NCAA East Preliminaries.
Tomas Guerra was the first WKU athlete to punch a ticket to Eugene as the senior qualified for the NCAA Championships for the fourth consecutive season after placing fifth in the men’s javelin event with a throw of 70.90 meters. Guerra also placed fifth in the NCAA East Prelims in 2015.
