Rick Stansbury took questions for about an hour Wednesday in his office, giving his thoughts on a wide range of topics.
But when it came to the issue of scheduling, the new Western Kentucky men’s basketball coach answered one question before it had the chance to be asked.
“You all know this, we’d love to get Kentucky and Louisville back on the schedules moving forward,” Stansbury said. “You all are going to ask that question, you know the answer to that already. We want to in every way.”
Stansbury talked at his introductory news conference March 28 about growing up in a rural area of Meade County back when the Hilltoppers were a preeminent team in the state.
