BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – WKU softball’s Brooke Holloway was named to the National Fastpitch Coaches Association (NFCA) Mideast Region Third-Team on Thursday as voted on by region coaches.
The All-Region selection is Holloway’s first of her career as she became the eighth Lady Topper in program history to be named an All-Region selection and joins Olivia Watkins (2014) as a third team honoree. 2016 marks the fourth consecutive season that at least one WKU player has earned NFCA All-Region recognition.
Holloway finished her career on The Hill in superb fashion, earning Conference USA Second-Team honors after leading the Lady Toppers in several offensive categories.
