The Hilltoppers will travel to Louisville on Sept. 15. Kickoff from Cardinal Stadium is set for 6:30 p.m. CDT, with the game broadcast by the ACC Regional Sports Network.
The Spencers will sit in their usual seats Sept. 15, but they won’t be cheering for the Cardinals. Loyalties will shift that day to Cole and his Hilltopper teammates, who will become the first WKU football players to face UofL since 1998.
WKU and Louisville reached an agreement two years ago on a three-game series between the schools.
