FRANKFORT, Ky. — WKU signees Jake Ohmer and Taveion Hollingsworth helped the Kentucky All-Stars snap a lengthy drought Sunday in their annual series against Indiana.
Ohmer scored a game-high 30 points with four rebounds and four steals as Kentucky beat its border counterpart 111-110 in double overtime at the Frankfort Convention Center in Frankfort, Ky.
The victory was the first for Kentucky in the annual two-game series since 2008. Indiana won Saturday’s first matchup 94-89 in Indianapolis.
Ohmer, a 6-foot guard out of Scott High School in Taylor Mill, Ky., had 20 points in Saturday’s loss in Indiana.
