Michelle Clark-Heard always gets passionate when she talks about Jalynn McClain and her impact on the Western Kentucky program.
The Lady Topper coach was the same way Saturday, speaking about the senior forward minutes after she’d been honored on senior day.
“Words can’t express how special Jalynn has been to me as a coach and to this program,” Heard said. “… Jalynn, we have an unbelievable relationship.
“I’m really proud of her and just her growth and me challenging her on the court all the time and off the court. She’s just a phenomenal young woman and we want to continue to keep playing hard and winning for her.
