Noble: Playing professionally in Germany "a big step for me"

Kendall Noble doesn’t know any German or know anything about Chemcats. The former Western Kentucky women’s basketball star will start learning about both soon enough.

Noble last week signed her first professional contract with the Chemnitz Chemcats of the German Damen Basketball Bundesliga (DBBL) for the upcoming season.

Noble’s contract is for one year and she’ll leave for Germany in August for the season that runs from September to March.

Noble joins former teammate Alexis Govan as Lady Toppers playing professionally in European leagues. Govan started for Boa Viagem in Portugal in 2016-17 and recorded a triple-double during the season.
