MTSU's Insell praises senior duo

If the Western Kentucky women’s basketball team needs anyone to promote seniors Ivy Brown and Tashia Brown for postseason awards, they should probably give a call to Middle Tennessee head coach Rick Insell.

Insell had plenty of praise for WKU’s two seniors, who will play their next to last home game when the Lady Toppers host Marshall at 2 p.m. on Saturday at E.A. Diddle. The Browns' resumes may be full, but it didn’t stop Insell from endorsing both as first team all-conference players following WKU’s 76-60 win at MTSU on Thursday.

“I think Tashia Brown is the best player in the conference – bar none – and Ivy Brown needs to be on first team also,” Insell said.
