Forward Jabari McGhee will become eligible once his final fall semester grades are submitted, coach Rick Stansbury said Friday. If those grades are in by this weekend, McGhee will be able to play in the Hilltoppers’ next game Sunday at Indiana State (3:30 p.m. CST, ESPN3).
McGhee is a redshirt sophomore who transferred to WKU from Tennessee in the winter of 2015. He sat out two semesters as a transfer, per NCAA rules.
McGhee’s addition will give Stansbury another option off a bench for a team that’s 3-5, has dropped four straight games and hasn’t won yet in five trips away from E.
