The nonconference portion is complete, now the Lady Toppers begin their third season in Conference USA against Florida Atlantic on Friday at 7 p.m. in E.A. Diddle Arena.
WKU (8-4) rides a three-game win streak from a nonconference schedule that featured three teams in the Top 25. WKU has a 31-5 record in its first two seasons in C-USA with a tournament title in its first season in 2014-15.
The Lady Toppers went 15-3 in the conference last year before falling to Marshall in the first round of the C-USA tournament.
WKU has won six in a row over Florida Atlantic and owns a 15-2 record in the series.
