The crowd was alive and the energy was everything Western Kentucky wanted from the largest gathering for a women’s basketball game in E.A. Diddle Arena in over a decade. The only thing in their way was No. 6 Notre Dame, and the Fighting Irish showed why they’re among the nation’s elite.
