The Hilltoppers (8-5) open C-USA play at 7 p.m. Thursday when they host Louisiana Tech (9-4) in the teams’ only meeting this season. BeIN Sports will have the broadcast live from E.A. Diddle Arena.
The Bulldogs are the first of five tough opponents coach Rick Stansbury and his WKU squad will face in their first eight C-USA games.
“You’ve got to stay focused, one game at a time through 18 games,” Stansbury said Wednesday. “That team that can guide it through 18 games the best and stay off the mountains, out of the valleys, win some of those games maybe you’re not supposed to win, are the teams that can win championships.
