Western Kentucky’s season hasn’t started the way the Hilltoppers wanted. Now at 1-2, WKU has a chance to right the ship before a bye week.
The Toppers will host nonconference foe Ball State at 6 p.m. Saturday. The game from Houchens-Smith Stadium will be streamed online at both watchstadium.com and twitter.stadium.com.
WKU (1-2) has lost two straight games, coming against Illinois and Louisiana Tech. Its only win this season came against an FCS program, Eastern Kentucky.
They’ll host a Ball State team that’s 2-1, having also lost to Illinois. The Cardinals’ wins have come against Alabama-Birmingham and FCS school Tennessee Tech.
