Former WKU wide receiver Nacarius Fant gets five years for drug trafficking

Former WKU football player Nacarius Fant was sentenced to five years in prison Monday for drug trafficking following his arrest in August of 2018.

Warren Circuit Judge John Grise sentenced the Bowling Green native to five years. His scheduled release date is June 16, 2024, according to the Warren County Regional Jail's online database.

He was sentenced on three counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (greater than four grams, cocaine) and two counts of first-degree trafficking in a controlled substance (less than four grams, cocaine), and his five-year sentence came after he pled guilty, according to a report from the Bowling Green Daily News.
