NASHVILLE – Tyler Ferguson has some experience learning new offenses. After all, the Bakersfield, Calif., native played quarterback for four different schools during his college career.
Now Ferguson is tasked with learning an NFL playbook and carrying those concepts onto the field. The Western Kentucky football alum hopes that doing that well enough will earn him a spot on the Tennessee Titans’ roster.
Ferguson was one of more than 50 potential Titans on the field Friday at the teams’ practice facility for a rookie minicamp session. He signed with the team April 29 as an undrafted free agent.
