2016 www.ProFootballFocus.com All-Americans
BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — The analytic website www.ProFootballFocus.com announced its 2016 All-Americans this week, and four WKU Hilltoppers were mentioned among the best in the nation. Senior safety Branden Leston made the First Team as the country’s top Special Teamer, while Keith Brown, Forrest Lamp and Nicholas Norris earned spots on the Second Team.
Leston - who was also named to the 2016 All-Conference USA First Team on defense - led the nation with 16 total tackles (14 solo, 2 assisted) on special teams this season, while not missing a single tackle on kick coverage.
