BOWLING GREEN, Ky. – WKU begins the post-Brandon Doughty era on Monday as they open up their third spring practice season under head coach Jeff Brohm who addressed the media on Monday.
While WKU does not return a starter at the quarterback position, the Hilltoppers return 11 starters – including seven on offense – from last year’s Conference USA championship squad. And, if there were ever a time to be replacing a quarterback, the Hilltoppers may have it as the entire starting five on the offensive line return, a 1500-yard and 900-yard receiver return and a thunder-and-lightning duo at running back return.
