BOWLING GREEN, Ky. — WKU assistant strength and conditioning coach Domenic Reno was honored by his peers this weekend as he was named the National Strength and Conditioning Association’s (NSCA) Assistant Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Year.
Reno, who assists with the Hilltopper football and leads the track and field programs, will be recog-nized at the NSCA’s Coaches Conference on January 4 in Nashville. The award takes into account all assistant coaches working across the country in collegiate athletics.
In his short time on The hill, Reno’s influence has been deep as both programs have produced cham-pionships and competed at the highest levels of national and international competition.
