Florida high school running back Jakairi Moses announced on his Twitter profile that he had committed to WKU. He posted a note thanking friends and family and a picture of he and Mike Sanford Sr., the Hilltoppers’ new running backs coach/special teams coordinator and father of the head coach Sanford.
Moses is the 17th member of WKU’s Class of 2017. The first 16 committed under former coach Jeff Brohm.
Moses, a product of Dwyer High School in Palm Beach Gardens, Fla., finished the 2016 season with 974 rushing yards, 153 receiving yards and three total touchdowns.
Moses joins Josh Samuel as WKU’s second running back commit.
