Coleby, Johnson rebounding better than anyone else in C-USA play

Through eight C-USA games, Johnson is averaging 10.6 rebounds a game, tops in the league. Coleby is just off Johnson's pace, sitting in second place with 10.5 rpg in conference play.

The graduate senior Coleby and senior Johnson are the only two C-USA players averaging better than 10 rebounds in league games. Alabama-Birmingham’s Chris Cokley (9.1 rpg), Middle Tennessee’s Nick King (9.1 rpg) and Florida Atlantic’s Ronald Delph (8.8 rpg) are next on that list.

Including both C-USA and nonconference games, Johnson averages 9.3 rpg, while Coleby grabs 8.6. The Kansas transfer Coleby has the edge in offensive rebounds (57-47), while the Hazard native Johnson leads him on the defensive boards (149-124).
