Western Kentucky picked up its 21st Class of 2018 commitment Wednesday courtesy of defensive end Roderic Forts.
The 6-foot-3, 220-pound lineman out of Cedar Grove High School and Ellenwood, Ga., announced his decision on Twitter.
Forts chose WKU over reported offers from Ball State, Colorado State, Florida Atlantic, Georgia State, Kent State, South Florida and FCS school Jacksonville State.
Forts is the ninth Georgia native to commit to the Toppers in the Class of 2018, joining Gino Appleberry, Spencer Gaddis, Tre Leslie, Jayden Patterson, Deporess Schletty, Nazir Sy, Lichon Terrell and Kawan Williams.
Forts is also the sixth defensive lineman to commit, joining Schletty, Sy, Terrell, Devin Bell and Sam Stovall.
