Florida cornerback Bryand Rincher tweeted Wednesday night that he was decommitting from WKU and will instead pursue a track and field career at Florida State.
Rincher (5-foot-9, 160 pounds) is a Fort Lauderdale, Fla., native and senior at Piper High School. He’s rated a three-star football prospect by 247Sports Composite ranked No. 1,557 overall in the Class of 2018, No. 147 among cornerbacks in his class and No. 253 among Florida natives the class.
Rincher, who committed to WKU in July, also holds reported scholarship offers from Bowling Green, Florida Atlantic, Idaho, Marshall, South Florida and Temple.
