One of WKU’s biggest crowds of the 2014-15 season watched the Lady Toppers gut out a 63-60 victory at E.A. Diddle Arena in the teams’ first meeting in two years.
“There was a lot of tension in the gym, but we didn’t let that get to us,” the sophomore forward Brown told the Daily News on Thursday night during a phone interview. “We just played our game and took care of things and were successful. That’s what we plan to do again this year.
