If the Mountaineers are light on cornerbacks, as they were last winter, he’s got to come up with a plan to address that. If there is a player that needs evaluated in a certain part of the country, Dorchester is tasked with the responsibility of making sure the right coach gets there to evaluate him.
Dorchester is always assessing the numbers, making sure each area of the football program has what it needs to be successful.
