MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University swimming and diving team won a silver and bronze medal to highlight the second day of the Big 12 Championship, in Austin, Texas.
West Virginia advanced 10 swimmers and divers to A finals and 10 to B finals in tonight’s competition. Both the men and women won medals in the 400 medley relay, with the WVU men claiming a silver medal and the women winning bronze.
After tonight’s competition, the Mountaineer men sit in second place with 281 points, while Texas leads with 363 and TCU is third with 227.
