MORGANTOWN, W.Va. — With the exception of their opponent in the Big East/Big 12 Battle, West Virginia’s 2020-2021 schedule is set. The Mountaineers are slated to play 27 games with 4 non-conference matchups coming to the Coliseum in December. Bob Huggins credits Director of Basketball Operations Josh Eilert with locking down matchups with Richmond, Youngstown State, Robert Morris and Buffalo. Richmond could be the best of the batch. The Spiders went 24-7 last season and should be the favorites in the Atlantic 10 this season.
“Josh did a great job of really saving the non-conference schedule for us,” Huggins said.
