The West Virginia men’s basketball team released the home portion of the 2018 non-conference schedule, which is a little blah except for one game. Overall, the Mountaineers will host only one “Power 6” team, but will welcome age-old rivals Pill to the WVU Coliseum for another renewal of the Backyard Brawl on Saturday, Dec. 8, time TBA.
WVU will debut its 2018-2019 team to home fans on Saturday, Nov. 3, in an exhibition against Alderson Broaddus, from Philippi. The first real game of the season is Friday, Nov. 9, against Buffalo. After the Thanksgiving break in Myrtle beach, the Mountaineers will host Valparaiso on Saturday, Nov.
