MORGANTOWN, W.Va. – The West Virginia University golf team resumes spring competition this week as the Mountaineers travel to Tallahassee, Florida, for the Seminole Intercollegiate March 11-13. The three-round tournament will be hosted by Florida State at Southwood Golf Club.
The 14-team field features 10 teams ranked in Golfstat’s Top 100 and four in the Top 50. No. 3 Auburn and No. 4 Florida State lead the way, while No. 23 Penn State will also compete. Other teams in the field include East Tennessee State, Illinois State, Jacksonville, James Madison, Louisville, Mercer, Ole Miss, Penn, Troy and VCU.
