In a season with as vicious of a coaching carousel as we’ve already seen, with several Power 4 coaches getting axed before Halloween, and even more coming in just the week since. And one of the perks for teams not going through a coaching change – like the West Virginia Mountaineers – of an early and chaotic cycle is that they can sneak in and attempt to flip high school prospects that have committed to a program that will now be led by a different coaching staff than the one that recruited them.
And that seems to be exactly what Rich Rodriguez and WVU football are doing as they’re chasing a pair of top Penn State commits – and doing a great job at making an impression upon them.
