There's never a dull moment for a college football program when it comes to recruiting.
WVU head coach Rich Rodriguez has been open this fall about wanting to shift away from being too transfer-heavy of a program as his second tenure at West Virginia stretches on, and he has publicly stated he hopes to sign a recruiting class of 35 high school athletes headed into next season. The Mountaineers had already managed 26 hard commits in the Class of 2026 entering this week, and the news broke Thursday that Rodriguez has found time to land yet another in the midst of a busy regular season.
