On the first day of competition, the Mountaineers competed in the 10,000-meter run to kickstart the conference meet.
Senior Savanna Plombon placed ninth in the 10,000-meter run, crossing the finish line in 36:02.18, and sophomore Brynn Harshbarger followed in 10th with a time of 36:24.59. Sophomore Corinne Kule placed 14th with a time of 37:50.19.
The second day of competition starts at 11 a.m. ET, with the heptathlon and the final day on Sunday will start at noon ET with the women’s discus. Live results can be found atBig12sports.com.
