“We are looking forward to getting back to competition this weekend,” fourth-year coach Miha Lisac said. “As a part of our preparation for the spring, we have to continue to put ourselves in competitive situations.”
Four teams will take part in the Viking Invitational: Cleveland State, Akron, Duquesne and West Virginia. All of the matches will take place in the newly constructed Medical Mutual Tennis Pavilion on the campus of Cleveland State.
The Mountaineers are slated to open the weekend on Friday, at 9 a.m. ET, with a singles match against Akron. WVU will then face host Cleveland State and Duquesne in doubles matches at noon and 12:30 p.
