In the Big 12, any win is a big win. In the Big 12, on the road, the stakes are even tougher.
The WVU basketball team earned a hard-fought, double overtime victory at Kansas State on Saturday. The Mountaineers improved to 12-1 on the year, while the Wildcats dropped to 10-3.
“We had a lot of guys step up,” Huggins said. “We just didn’t rebound it as well as we normally rebound it. We didn’t do a lot of things as well as what we normally do.”
The Mountaineers still out rebounded the Wildcats, 43-35.
